Re: Disqualified from C/MP game because of WGT error.

  I was just playing a match play game, we were both laggy. I was monitoring my internet, it was working fine. I tried once to restart the browser ans as i was re-joining the game i got the standard WGT error close the browser etc.. So i rejoined again. got into the game.. then another ERROR... disconnected 3 times, disqualified?? So why am i disqualified when your error d/c me twice??

  My PC is fine, so is my internet. I feel ripped off to say the least

  You'll have more success using the Customer support for those kind of things.

  happend me 2 allt shot 2nd extra hole got booted tried coming back in 2 times wouldent let me . funny how the forefit button always works wgt  ty. another waiste of ball life

  What kind of answer do you expect?

  WGT will blame you or the internet,

  your provider will blame you or WGT.

  As long as you have no proof against any of them, you'll have to take it or...

  Sh*t happens, try to enjoy nevertheless.

  Wow WGT, you're really piling it on, aren't you? I just had the same thing happen to me in a Match Play game -- through no fault of mine or my system (being on FiOS broadband), I was just disconnected with "unexpected error" from a game three times and also informed that I was disqualified and given a loss in my stats. Don't you think that if someone is disconnected by YOUR software or servers (serving up the "unexpected error" screen) repeatedly and tries to come back to the game quickly each time, that he really wants to finish that game? I might be able to overlook this if it were merely a "cancelled game" with no effect on anyone's stats, but to penalize a player beyond the wasted time and ball wear is just outright unacceptable. Luckily I was not playing for credits this time, but you're pushing me ever closer to the brink.

  Now it's just happened to me again... over a month without a problem, then twice in two days??? Is there a new "punter" program out there, that people are using to kick their opponents out and take free wins???
