My initial email will highlight my complaint:
I would like to ask why every complaint i make is responded to with the email:
Ticket #5****1 ********** has been reviewed again and will not be approved. We cannot confirm your offer completion with the advertiser from the proof you have provided.
Please send us proof (screenshot) that contains all the transaction details including the time and date of completion so we can verify with the advertiser.
Additionally, please check that you indeed completed the offer through SupersonicAds and not through another offer provider.
Thank you,
SupersonicAds Customer Support
Since the first response of this nature I have included the time and date and provided a screenshot, but time and time again I get this response. Is it because you just want to get away with giving customers credits? You assume if you send this the majority of customers will just go away? I am certain this is that case and it is shocking.
Please look at ticket
586191,
I sent all the information required and am sent this, 3 days after submitting the request.
Further tickets I have submitted with proof showing a time and date are:
564849
570939
566211
570941
564749
586191
With the majority of these I no longer have the screenshot, but I am aware that you use Zendesk, a platform that I helped to create with Google. I know that all tickets are saved even when closed, and any information in these tickets are saved, including screenshots. I cannot understand why I have been asked to resend screenshots when they are already with you, it is either fraud, you trying to get rid of me without paying, or incompetence of your staff in using the software. Can you go through these, look at the screenshots which all show the time and date and give me my credits. I particularly want 586191 sorted as it is for a lot of credits and I have been inundated with emails and text messages from payday loan companies since. I have for the third time attached my screenshot proof for this ticket.
Your customer service is absolutely AWFUL!
Yours Sincerely
