I don't know if this has already been requested. I agree we should have a driving range and putting green.

In the meantime would it not be possible to choose which holes on a course you would like to practice. Currently you have to play a practice round of at least nine holes, either front or back. You might be having problems with hole 7 and 15, so you would click on a list beforehand to choose those two holes you want to practice. You could choose any number at random. Then you would continually practice them until you quit and get brought back to the main menu, where you could change the holes or finish the practice.

There are certain holes I struggle on, unfortunately to practice them I have to play the whole round of at least nine holes, or however many to at least get to that required hole.

The only downside I could forsee is if a hole is played over and over again a player might completely master it and thus the game might become too easy. I don't know if this would happen. The better players might achieve this, but not me.

No you don't. You can choose any hole you want and just play that one as many times as you like. Just click on the WGT Community tab at the top of the page, then click on Golf Courses, then choose your course and hole. Voila.

Not really the same though is it? Forward tees, low wind and standard green speeds ...

    Double No!

Except for mixed courses, three hole practice "rounds" are available with a random selection of the holes and the full range of options.

Al, how do you enter selection of holes for practice?

Stroke play - select course - game mode practice - holes: random 3 (arrow left of front 9).

Then choose the conditions, invite players or tee off.

    Sorry.

I did not realise you could do that. I normally only play ranked rounds. Thanks for telling me.
