If I get one more pop up advert in game then I will stop playing this game.  The amount of players you will lose over this as compared to the revenue from constant renewal of balls will soon make the picture clear as to where WGT's best interest lie.

    Regards Dave

    Question for WGT:

In multiplayer, a normal game only gives one advert right at the start. But if WGT detects a "disconnection" (whether or not a player has actually lost his connection), another ad is shown before returning to the game. If someone has actually disconnected, this is adding insult to injury after the remaining players have already had to wait 2:30 for the quitter missing player to time out.

Couldn't you show several :15 or :30 second ads during the time out, but when the time expires or the player's connection is restored, finish up the currently-playing ad then immediately return the players to the game?

After all, when someone is playing solo and has a reliable internet connection, he never gets more than one ad per round if he plays straight through. Players should not be "punished" with extra ads for playing multiplayer against quitters who don't have the consideration to forfeit properly or people with unreliable internet connections.

Since there is no way to determine disconnects , quits etc etc the ads are money for WGT...They wont go away. May I suggest joining a CC and playing CC tournies......

Adverts that appear over the game scores a timer in top left.  I had one for whole game, couldn't see my score or the count down timer and there was no way to remove it/

I'm posting this because my posts still need pre modding before getting posted.  I've been on here for 2 and a half years and have posted 20 times yet still get the,' this post will need to be dealt with by a moderator before being posted' message.

Hi Dave, I'm with you on this, I can put up with a 5 or 10 second ad, but when the game is showing 100% loaded, and I am told I will start my game in 25 seconds so BMW can show me their Mini, it's a bit much, when I play match play I always select 45 seconds for shot playing, and even then I seem to have 15 to 20 seconds to spare, so 25 seconds for an advert seems like a bit of overkill. Happy golfing to all.

Hello Dave and hopefully WGT big wigs,

Loose the in game adverts. It is bad enough that we have to put up with them at the beginning on the round let alone after nine holes. You do not even give us the choice of skipping the advert! Do we not already spend enough money on this site without having to put up with more bloody adverts about products I REALLY dont give a damn about?

Boo to adverts and boo to your greed.
