    HI all,

Have been playing WGT on and off for three years. Haven't played for a while, but have had a few recent ranked matches and it seems that my average score doesn't seem to change at all?

It's been on 70 for a while, and to be honest I've been posting scores way above that (bit out of practice).

    Is this a common issue?

    Stanley,

The shortest answer to your question is that all of your rounds (this month) have been "over par". Your 'average'  will begin to fall as your scores drop.

There are several threads (running now) addressing this issue. Try the 'SEARCH' area on the right side of this page  to get more detailed information!

    Thanks for the reply.

OK, as far as I understand it my average score is taken from my best 40 rounds, so unless I get good scores it won't go up, just has the potential to go down as I improve? (which I definitely need to do ;)).

Makes sense. I just wondered why as I was consistently getting +5 etc after returning to the game my average wasn't going up.
