Why are you making players wait so long before they can buy his club. I am now a legend and would love to get to play with this club to really help my averages come down. I am on level 93 and as my averages are only coming down point 1 it will take forever before I am good enough to reach level 98. I know there is the R11S at level 94 but if like me you like a slower meter, at the moment I'm using the G20 which I love. The T.M. R1 seems a lifetime away. Could you not bring out a better version of the G20 that would rival the R11S and have them both available on level 94 then players like me would not feel so hard done by having to wait for level 98, and WGT would make heaps of cash as I'm sure I'm not the only player who feels this way. When you reach legend and above the game needs to offer the players better equipment sooner rather than later otherwise their interest in the game will go. Also some new free 18 hole courses would not go amiss as again it would freshen up players interest.

your level has nothing to do with your average or tier Sue.
it's a simple matter of accumulating experience (xp) points,
by playing every day as much as possible and with
as many players possible (4) on mp rounds.
after 8 consecutive days for example, each consecutive day you play,
gives you another 800 xp points. on top of that,
multiple player rounds give you more xp points than a solo round,
18 round gives you more than 9 hole round etc etc...

there are some "tricks" to really speed up this painfully slow process,
of climbing levels in the 90's (which takes forever).
you can purchase the maximum "xp-boost" at the pro shop
if you haven't played yet on that day (question mark next to 'days played'),
and get an 18 hole round going with 3 other players.
this will maximize the xp boost since you get a 40 % increase
of both the daily 800 xp points, the 18 round extra points,
AND the 4 player game extra points, which is A LOT of xp points :)
doing that sort of thing often enough will speed your level climbing exponentially,
but it'll also cost you a pretty penny...(all part of the plan my dear)

but like I said, all of that has nothing to do with your scoring

its not how far its how many. my average hasent gone down much from when i had the level 88 r11 driver. approach  shots and putting however will bring your average down. not a 300+ drive.

    not necessarily.
if you have a head wind on SA#2 (left pin),
the difference between the R11 and R1
will result in a difference between an iron approach shot
and a wedge approach shot, meaning the difference between
    a 19 feet putt and a 6 feet putt.

yeh most of the time it is about the short game,
but not always. we all know that the less club
you need for your approach, the better...

doesent make any difference. check my replays out eagled st andrews 2nd  3 times with diferent clubs. no need to say any more. knowing wher to lay your ball on greens help 2.  play to your strenghts. not to your weekness. my weakness in 32-45 yards. i strugle to get up and down from there. so i will never leave my self that shot. hope this helps.

The best and longest club on the game in which why it is of high XP level.

Also every other player who owns this club had to wait.

Reason XP you level up to 94 buy the R11`s then level upto 98 and buy the R1 driver all about business/selling.

    sueomeara:
I know there is the R11S at level 94

I have no issues using this club use to be the best you can buy, Don`t really lose much to the R1 driver (some holes yes)

You will see a big difference in driver distance between G20 & R11`s.

I know when i turned legend a couple of years ago the best club we had then was the R9 and g10 irons. All equipment is 10x better now above those levels.

As you can tell 1 course has recently added after a long wait.

WGT statment 1 HD course & 1 tru-golf course a year with a new par 3 course added early next year

Don't know where you got your R1 - but into a headwind on SA#2 I still have to hit an iron approach.

Personally I think the R1 should be where it is Level wise but also TL tier.  I think L94 for the R11S is a tad high and L92 better but only if you are also a Legend (was L90 a short while).............$$$ though for WGT they must have decided although above maybe??? But done every which way so many times..............................

Courses wise the new par 3 announcement lead to mixed reaction's veering sub optimal. Up to WGT to manage that one, but of course anything new, not CTTH or par 3,  would be received well..............
