  i got an question about more than one avatar. What rules are there about it. 

  Can i for example creat a second avatar by a new mailaccount and send gear, cr and other stuff to that second avatar. Playing in tormuments whit top of the line gear and better in control then my tier is actually.

  Good way to get yourself banned especially you come into the forums and talk about it. Not too smart!

  You are not allowed to have more than one account. Consequent accounts will be banned on the spot.
