    Limited use only:

Pitch, when the rim ain't too high. Works at BPB #3, front bunker.

Flop, big distance loss in relation to sand %% - can be difficult to judge from 30% up.

If I am with my friends , Yancy ,DrMoose and Filmslayer ,  I will look up and say

"  LOOK , over there , by that tree !!  ( point away with finger  )  is that a Squatch "

Pick up the ball and toss it close to the hole .

A nother sand save for OPY

Here is a pretty good starting point -

The reason that no one has given you a simple answer is because there is none.

How you get out "depends" on too many variable things to give a simple answer.

All of the above and a punch too, so many diff bunks, sands, distances, how much green to work with etc so no definitive answer. I'd start off with a full shot and fine tune from there.
