  Just played The Old Course thought I might as well use that free ball.

  Hole 1 fairway green 1 putt. Hole 2 fairway green ball taken out of play...4 shots and 1 putt total. I won't be buying any Lexus balls and I really hope their cars are a lot better then the golf balls that they give away.

  I checked the VIN number on my Lexus ball and no recalls.  So I tried it out on St. Andy's and it made it through the first 3 holes OK.  Then I put it back in the garage.  Seems OK to me.
