Pro Shop in fairness is just that. No shop I have been in allows anything other than product benefits.............You can come in the forum's and say what you like though - within reasonable parameter's obviously.  I think the pro shop is generally accurate for a shop (generally)..........and picking customer review's it likes is acceptable because it's a shop........

That said they did over step in description on the HL Versa when they introduced it, and I will be more careful jumping on any new product because of that................

I've seen some reviews in the Pro Shop that aren't positive. Here's the thing when you're going to write a review.

If you're hardly able to write a legible sentence in English it won't pass. If you are going to rant about reasons you don't like the club it won't pass. If you are going to use profanity it won't pass. If you're going to write a short essay it won't pass. It should pass moderation if it's a fair and objective comment that's helpful to other users regardless of being positive of not.

If you really believe your review was unfairly disqualified then I would suggest contacting a WGT moderator and politely ask for an explanation of the moderation criteria or why your review was rejected. When/if you get a response you'll then be able to write one that ticks all the boxes.

I've left product comments before, but I'm also well-versed in this language we call English.

w.g.t have offered to give me a Refund on the Max Putter, But l Will be Keeping it, as it was not about the Money it Cost,  Just the fact my initial Thoughts about it will not be voiced in the Pro shop, But all in all it is a very good all Round Putter.( With My lnitial Reservation Regarding the 10 foot Scale,)
