Ha!  If I was a tournament official of your club or handicap director or whatever, I would immediately do one of the following:

    1. Put the baggers on tournament handicaps when they play.

    2. Handicap committee (Under USGA control) has the right at any time, with minimal justification to set a handicap based around what they are shooting and leave it there, fixed for 6 months or one year.

It is really easy to set a tournament handicap and under USGA, the handicap committee has full authority.

    Good luck- The Whale

The mentality in Thailand is if one person can do it, then we all can do it.  Cheat, sandbag, add up incorrectly.

The par for our course is 72, a nett 57 wouldn't get u top ten.
