  I've been at "Master" level for it seems like forever. Is there any indication / signs when you're close to the next level?

  Yep. Just keep up with the number of Stroke Play Ranked Rounds you have...you need 50 as Master. And, get your average down to 63. Looks like you have the required number of Ranked Rounds, so you gotta work on that average and get it below 63. One other thing that helps to advance faster is to play a Legend in match play, and win. That will lower your average automatically.
