For some reason when I try to play a tournament game within my club, I keep getting a message that says...  "You have not provided a country of residence.Click here to update your eligibility."  I clicked on the link and it says OK, but when I go back it says the same thing, it just takes me in a circle.  I went back to my profile to see if I've left anything out or if I can fix this problem from there, but I can't.  When I play a game it clearly shows the American Flag showing my country of residence.  So what is going on and how can I fix this problem???

Try entering the Tourney through the game client under "country club tournaments"

I don't get that far.  There is a box that sits to the right side of a tournament that says “Leaderboard and Play”  I've been able to play some club tournaments, but not others.  There have been a couple that did not have the link "Play" within that box.  Now if my state did not allow playing for credits I could understand that, but that is not what it's saying.  It's saying that I have not provided a country of residence (although every game I play it displays the U.S. flag) so obviously they know which country I'm from.  It is not saying your state doesn't allow you to participate in playing for credits, and besides, I live in Mississippi which has casinos all over the state.

PROBLEM SOLVED:  Found the problem within setting up my personal information.  Some how, it had my state as Tennessee.  I changed it to Mississippi and everything cleared up.

Having been a user interface specification analyst in my past life... before retirement, I can tell there are many problems in the UI layout, but I suppose we should be thankful that the game works as well as it does.
