Can cc owners contact their members by tier? Now that there are tier level club tournaments, it would be nice to contact the club members eligible for the tourney. In the past, the lower tiers had no chance of winning and I, for one, resented giving my credits to play in a club tourney I had no chance of winning.

I tried searching for an answer but had no luck. Thank you if you can help.

The owner can send a club e-mail but the individual members are able to choose not to receive them. It's a crazy old system.

    Thank you.

One other thing: we were playing a game and the question came up whether it was ranked or practice. Is there a way to tell, after you've started the game?

(I hoped it was practice and ModelGolfer was hoping it was ranked. You can guess who was winning.)

As Courteney said, you can't choose which members email but you can also create special tournaments involving "only" the specific tiers and before line up that type of tours you should keep inform your players directly from the CC forum.

Ranked games are played from the appropriate tees and with the standard green speed of the highest tier involved. Check it out!

Practice games have only one tee for all and a voluntary green speed. Plus, once interrupted, they can't be resumed AFAIR. Check it out!

Unfortunately even members who want them dont seem to be getting them.

Our club emails i think are received by about 50% of the membership.
