  I am a Amateur level 24 player,should i upgrade my equipment(my bigest problem is the meter runs so fast)or should i wait till I'm a higher level?.

  if you want to Progress up the Ranks yes you will have to Upgrade Especialy if you are at Present useing Starter Clubs, My Advice is Take A look at The Ping Rapture Clubs, they will give you a Slower Meter and are Great Clubs that will see you through to Master Tier.Then you will need to be looking at the High end sets of Clubs

  I'd leave it a while until you get used to the game and the courses, but when you do start to buy then start with wedges.

  And ditch the EZ swing driver. 

   

  Level up a bit,  the beginning levels fly by.
