  While you can't e-mail players that are not on your friends list or write on a player's wall who has blocked you, you can delete the wall post.

  I'm assuming you're looking in your mailbox and seeing what was posted on your wall and by who. This is just a message from WGT confirming the post on your wall. It doesn't actually come from the person that posted it. If you can't post on their wall it's because they blocked you. If you can post on their wall then they'll get an e-mail confirming it from WGT, too.

  Some people never check their wall so this pretty much alerts them.
