Was just wondering if anyone has ever hit a ball on the fairway or green and went to hit their next shot and not been able to find their ball? If the answer is no then why would you spend 50 credits and sometime have to wait 1 or 2 levels to get a vapor ball? The vapor trail does absolutely nothing to help your score. Like buying a golf bag for 400 or 600 credits. Whats the point? Some people spend credits on clubs that make no sense. I will give you a example. The level 79 Rocket Bladez cost 2595 credits. They are suppose to travel 220 -- 125. They have a percision of 4 1/2 dots, feel = 2 1/2, and spin =31/2. The next set up is the G20 level 83 (5 levels higher) cost 100 credits more travel 215--110 and has a percision of 4 (1/2 less), feel =3 (1/2 more) and spin = 3 (1/2 less) than the RB's. The next set of irons is even worst the R11's  They are level 90.These are11 levels higher than the RB's. They travel 225--120 and cost 400 credits more. With a percision of 41/2 dots same as RB's 3 feel and 4 spin both are 1/2 dot better than RB's. But is it worth waiting 11 levels to get 1/2 dot better feel and spin and less distance? I think if people start spending their credits wisely W.G.T will have to improve not only the equipment but also the game! What is your opinion? As a point of full disclosure I just bought the lvel 79 R.B.'s and will finish my W.G.T career with them!

    Me!

Once I hit a ball from rough to fairway with a wedge, was distracted to follow it's trace and, walking up there, didn't find it at all. Gone within 50 yards!

Many games later, in a tournament, I watched a playing partner hit a 160 yds approach to an elevated green, the others hit it, too. We walked up to the green and didn't find the first ball, neither on the surface nor in any of the bunkers. Eventually we discovered it, holed out for an eagle. It was the best group result I have experienced until now: 3-5-5-5 on a Par 5.

I'm sorry to say that I wasn't really able to find the point of your post - wasted credits?

I don't view my credits as wasted, I rather use them for my leisure, an investment towards my enjoyment.

    Have fun!

I like them because I see the pathline on putts which helps making adjustments on future shots & Putts, which does help my scoring.

Vapour trails and the standard bags seem pointless to me but people use and enjoy  them. No one forces anyone to buy these things.

As for your point on irons, no-ones expected to upgrade every time a level unlocks something new.

Yardages and dots will only tell part of the story each iron sets have unique charecteristics which have to be learned. The r-11's are clearly the best in town just now.

would take even longer to play if I were always watching replay lol , I see it the first time which is usually good enough. but its my choice to use them no one is forced too as Paul said right?  to each his own or whatever works best for your game !

Happy Trails !!!    sorry couldn't resist  rofl

Talk about wasted credits...swing meter is screwing up so bad I can't hit the ball anywhere...runs to the end before letting swing release...just paid 100 credits for Whistler rady go tournament and had to quit swing was so bad...have filed several complaints...just about ready to give this game up all together if problem not fixed immediately
