Re: New Callaway Balls vs Old Help

  Prior to the switch to these new Hex Chrome balls I was using the i(s) Level 33+ balls.  I was curious as to if anyone knows where or has the stats on these balls.  I usually buy while playing when the little buy now comes up so I did not even know they were gone till I got stuck with a starter ball for the last 8 holes on a round.
  
  The reason I ask is I bought some of the L33+ Hex Chrome balls and man from what I remembered the ball stats looked really close.  However when I play these the back spin on my approach shots is almost like playing with a starter ball.  These bounce and roll out like mad.  Just curious to find out what the old ball stats were compared to these news ones that are 3.5 Spin 3 Distance 2.5 feel 2.5 durability.
  
  Something is different as I can honestly get as much spin on these with my G20's as I could on the free balls (or at least it certainly looks and feels that way).
  
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The dots are identical, I compared the Hex with the i(s) when it was new.

  Odd thing is, now the shop shows the i(s) and all the other old Callies but not the Hex. I'd be lost when my storage expires.

  Any comments, WGT? Fellow users?

  This is not good, an explanation is needed from WGT.

  All the callaway balls are back to Tour so no Chrome Hex.

  What about the poor suckers who bought Hex and now have to restock with Tour.

  Cluster fukk is what I call it.

  This doesn't work - the Tour balls are in display but out of stock - "unbuyable".

  I wonder if the in-game-buying of the Hex balls works(?)

  I hope they pulled them to paint a few yellow for me.  LOL

   

  Won't be playing much until I know we can buy more.  Don't want to be stuck playing the free ball during a round I didn't want to use it in the first place.

  Thanks for that vid.  Oddly the new ones have .5 more spin and .5 less distance but they feel like less spin to me.  I don't know.  Lots of wonky stuff happening in from what I have been reading hopefully this is one of those things and it gets fixed.

  Nope, looks like they have exactly the same attributes/specs.   Make sure you are comparing the same level ball.

  L33 Tour i(s) is same as L33 Hex Chrome and same for the L35 Cally z vs Hex +

  Without looking for sure, I'd imagine the Legend cally Hex are the same as the older ones, same with the slower metered ones.
