  The point is moot at my CC, the owner saw the point and addressed the problem.

  To get a clearer picture, set up a tournament in your own CC and exclude the M's. TM's, and TL's (usually there are allot of M's and TM's).

  If nobody addresses it with you, I will see your point and think of my perceived problem as a fantasy.

  I think it all depends on how good these TLs are. If you are one of the top players who play so well that no Legend or below has any chance, then it's best for you to find another (more competitive) CC. If you are a mediocre TL who is not competitive at TL/all ready-goes, I don't think people should exclude you from CC tourneys.

  The problem is that some smaller CCs invite some top TLs to boost their earnings, but these TLs, if allowed, could win every single CC tourney, hence TLs get more often excluded... I think the best solution is for these top TLs to find an appropriate club (i.e. such where competition would be sufficient that they wouldn't be winning most of the time).
