  All,

  I have just spent £10.00 on 2224 credits via my mobile carrier. WGT have taken the money from my phone credit...but no WGT credits deposited??

   

  Mobile carrier is o2. has anyone else been ripped off?

   

  I have sent an e-mail to WGT and Zonga and if i dont hear back within 24 hrs of this post i will be taking further action as this is fraudulent.

  I looked up your account and I do not see any support tickets under your name. Can you please submit again or if you have a ticket #, please give that to me and I will make sure this gets taken care of.
