As YJ (Yankee Jim) has said many times. The rll's are worth trying just because of the stopping power of the 3,4, and 5 iron on the green. This is conditional on a person being able to control the meter of the rll's. They are faster than the bladez. Different strokes for different folks.

Sightly off topic question: Do any of you long standing WGT members have any gut-feeling or otherwise about when and if the R11 irons will be replaced or superseded by a better/newer set? Knowing my luck, I'll get to level 90 in a couple of months, buy them, only to see them rendered obsolete soon thereafter.

I know speculating about new product releases is a whole voodoo science unto itself, I just figured those of you who have been around awhile have more experience with new product replacement cycles.

    Thanks,
    Eddie

This is true , they may be bettered , BUT you'll always have them and they will still perform as they were sold to you :-)
