  I typed in $5.00 when i purchased credits last night, but my purchase ended up at $50.00 because I did not see the "automatic" check mark on the 5000 credit spot.  I need the transaction adjusted to 5.00$ immediately or my electric bill will bounce.  Please tell me you can reverse?adjust this transaction....thanks

  Spending my last 5 dollars on wgt would most certainly not be my choice.

  Should make $5 the default, not $50, in fact no default at all, we the customer make the choice!!

  Why not make the default the Box that's blank where you have to put in the amount.

  Don't agree most of my credit purchases go in $50 increments, which makes it easier for me..horses for courses I guess ?

  And as I don't win credits but purchase 99 % of mine then I feel I can be a voice for the consumer ?

  As a consumer I have to say, if you don't want $50 then it is very easy to buy any other amount !!

  Is $50 the most popular ?  I doubt it, but as a company owner would you suggest that ?

  There is a prompt that it gives asking you ...  Is this the correct amount (or something like that)  yes or no.
