    mmyers0:

It is a well-known scientific fact that water attracts golf balls.

There's still a point unsolved between scientists and golfers:

Which type of attraction is it?

Is it like gravity, is it close to magnetic force or is it blatant emotional attraction like certain females to Robbie Williams?

On par5's...  if your worried about losing a ball in the water...  don't go for the green to get an Eagle....  set up your approach to land short of the water ... then an easy wedge, close to the hole ...bird.

St.A #1 ..... with a strong tailwind off the blacks....   A punch shot using the driver can go 300yrds....   then a wedge to green close to hole... bird

The same Punch shot can be used on Rsg on (can't remember the hole now...lol)   the long par3 (240yrds)   on the front9

have to be careful you don't punch it too far though.... good for headwinds.

Sometimes good course management can be useful... instead of really going for it and stuffing up....  I know, I've lost heaps of balls in water....lol
