I installed the Swingmate tool and it worked great. Then all of a sudden a few days ago, it stopped working. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, nothing. Whenever I click on the icon on my desktop, it flashes at the bottom tool bar. But when I try to click on it to bring it up on my screen, nothing happens. And when I hover over it, it is a blank screen where it should show the application. I have Windows 7. I have no idea what is happening and I need help please!!!!And I have tried using it with Chrome, Mozilla, and Internet Explorer.

Having checked that out awhile ago, I believe it runs off Adobe Air, try updating that or reinstalling it then see if that will fix it.

IMO your much better off not using or getting to rely on those programs. In the long run as you change balls or equipment you will find they are not consistently accurate. It's easy to make your own meter scales and figure your own distances for the equipment your are using or learn to rely on avatar movements.

I did try to update Adobe Air, it said I had the newest version. Then I uninstalled it and tried again. Still no luck. Thank you for responding.

This happened because Adobe got rid of flash.  I us a Mac and as long as you do not upgrade the OS to Catalina or Big Sur the Swingmate app will still work.  There is a workaround for those that already upgraded to Catalina or Big Sur just need to do a search and you will find it.  As far as Windows I am not sure.
