How is it possible to have a 63.75 Avg, 40 ranked rounds & still be in the Hack tier?

I know others that have less ranked rounds then that and continually get bumped up.

I won't name any names but you can check it out on the leaderboard of the Michelin Challenge in the Hack Tier.

P.S.  It doesn't affect me at all just curious.  Is this something that slips by WGT?

You'll notice all the ranked rounds are par 5 18 rounds...they are counted as rank, but not towards moving to a new level, interesting to say the least as the individual fired off a 59 and a 60 in that tourney, but probably knew when he/she signed up that the Par 5's would not count towards advancement, but get him/her leveled up quickly to get decent clubs to clean up in the Hack Tier.

LOL they have the knowledge of the system, no doublt from their other accounts. The  ranked rounds are mainly from the best of par 5 - that does not affect the average.

Tons of these snot bags around sadly and very easy to see in the lower tiers, well it is for us, but apparently not if you have the WGT blinkers on.

EDIT, Beaten to the answer by MB who must type faster than it takes me to read a putt.
