  A nicely worded email to customer services reaps rewards, had a few incidents in the past and have been given the odd sleeve now and again.

  Yes ... I believe they have replaced some balls. Can't hurt to try.

  I agree that they need to look at this hole..and both parties should receive conillatory balls for their "pain and suffering" 

  I know the first guy well, and he probably broke his mouse, scared the kids and his wife after that shot.  That alone deserves AT LEAST a sleeve!
