FINALLY!!!!!  I joined WGT February of 2010.  900+ stroke play tournaments entered.  2800+ ranked rounds.  Countless hours of videos for free credits to upgrade clubs.  I've had a 4 top tens at lower tiers, but never a first place.

I double checked the results for the week 35, 18 hole single play for tour master tier and I finally came in 1st in a tournament here.  Sure there was some luck.  I flopped two pitches in the hole, and my approaches were hitting like darts.

Anyone that complains about the lack of instant gratification, just keep working, it will come.  I'm officially proof.

BTW, I only use starter balls.

Congratulations! Nice win. Finally a person who is not complaining about something called VEM.

It shows it can even be done with starter balls. I've had 2 top tens and was very close to winning but never quite made it. It won't happen now. I've just moved up to Legend and I'am really struggling, but I carry on. Even one or two good shots keep me going. I should never say it won't happen, I'd never thought I'd make two top ten finshes, but I did.

You have to take the rough with the smooth, but when you finally reach the summit it's all the more sweeter.
