Yes, i know about precision and my terrible clubs but....

If i am 10 yards right of the flag, (with 11  nw wind)  hit the ding

Should my ball start 10 yards left of the flag?    Not end up, start.

Happened twice to me today so wondering if its a known bug or something?

Maybe not a bug as such but the sticky mouse problem. There are times if you don't watch the mouse still has control of the aim arrow after you take your finger off of the button and you accidentally move the aim arrow with realizing it until you make a poor shot. It has happened to all of us. Same with the spin dot. I found this out myself when one round after lining up my putt and releasing the button and moving my mouse down to take the putt I saw my aim arrow moving with the mouse even though I wasn't holding the button. It is always a good idea to double check the position of your aim arrow before taking your shot.

Maybe you were playing an 'uneven lies' game...

If you had one of these green boxes under your man and ball then the answer is definitely, yes.

You've upgraded your woods but the clubs that put the ball on the green you've got junk. Irons and wedges that can't be trusted. You've been a member since 2009, waiting for something?
