It's not the speaking, I can handle that in an Alt game, and single play you can just stop. It's the timing of her moving around. Closet, chair, bed. She comes to the closet, I move my chair a foot the right. She then 'needs to' get something from the other direction, so I move the chair to the left.
All the time there is a plapable undercurrent of hostility that I'm in her way playing a silly computer game while she has important things to do.
Just the once I took a mortal risk. I was playing a very interesting Alt game with good friends. We were at hole 7 or 8 and nicely tied up. I do not quit, and only disconnect due to internet issues. She has prepared a lovely dinner and has put it on the table earlier than I anticipated. What did I do? Completed the game - which went to extra holes.
Never again. Learnt from that error.
