How does one no longer have the level of hack? I have been at this level for weeks...

It is " average below 90 and 5 scores".
One score of 45 or better will do the job.
I just reached 89.93 but its still on HACK. Is something missing?
Then two, now only one ranked strokeplay game of low 90s or less are missing.
