Here's an idea I wanted to throw out.  Can you create some sort of mechanical adjustments to existing clubs (for a modest amount of credits) that will "tweak" your current clubs in a beneficial fashion?  For example, I use the high-end R11 irons - great clubs all around in every aspect...except for a greased lightning meter.  What if, for a sum of credits less than all new clubs, you could add something along the lines of a weight or a balance that would improve the clubs in some measurable fashion: precision, meter speed, forgiveness, etc.

    Seem doable?

Might as well just have a bigger selection of clubs. There is a definite gap between the G20's and the R11's.

Looking at Tourney scores and the clubs being used, the R11's don't need to get any better IMO.

If they did in fact incorporate this , imagine the revenue they'd lose over time in ball sales...

Ball sales being the biggest earner.

I agree, any better would just be silly.  Or do I mean sillier?

I remember my days with the Ping i15 irons.  Now they needed quick reactions, brilliant risk/reward clubs.
