Just don't hold your breath.  The possibility exists that it won't get repaired retroactively.

WGT made the same promise with the course awards snafu. After months and months of acknowledgements and repair promises it was only partially repaired. Some of us are still showing incorrect low scores for some courses and plaque awards that don't match. Plaques now match what our real low scores are. the scores displayed don't. It's now been a year or two since that one happened.

So, It might get repaired or it might not. As is their practice, WGT personnel may just disappear and hope that "out of sight, out of mind" happens once again.

Here's hoping that it does get repaired properly.

    Did they?

My impression (cf. live samples above) is that users may make promises which they will not have to fullfil and rise hopes to appease themselves, while the company representatives would rather use the approved text modules "I'm passing it to the engineers", "we're looking into it", "we're busy working on it". They learned their CS lessons well ;)
