Not at the same time, of course.... but two accounts are able to play from the same IP address. The game does not support multiple browsers and that is what you'll need to get a game together.
There is a bit of a warning here, too... WGT is on the lookout for multiple account cheaters. If one of you makes it to the Master tier and the other is lower ranked... and the lower ranked starts to post some pretty fantastic scores, WGT may want an explanation. That is the not-so-pleasant side of playing two accounts from the same computer.
