    it happens to be on my flash player setting everytime i go to wgt and no where elese and it is screwing up my game.....and this is after i have uninstall---then reinstalled the flash player....ran virus checks and registry checks....what is up with this...

    i don't like it----i would like an answer ASAP..... !!! IT'S ALSO MESSING UP THE GAME WHEN I TRY TO PLAY !!

    Hi TNP,

    That is part of the Kissmetrics system which collects anonymous data (no private data is collected, ever) allowing us to monitor game performance.  It sits in your Flash cache and won't affect game performance.

    i REALLY APPRECIATE THE FAST RESPONSE BUT WHAT IS THIS KISSMETRICS STUFF....HOW COME I CAN'T GET RID OF IT

    it's really messing up my meter.........makes the game unplayable
