Just got moved up to Tour Pro tier  and note that green speed moved up to "very fast".  What else changes in terms of game difficulty?

First congrats in advancing , As to leveling up pretty much the greens speed will change but the tee box remain the same .However you will be able get better clubs @ the pro shop ,there you'll be able improver your game . Happy swinging

Addition : When you advance to higher tier green speed will change and as well tee box will go back further .Example

Master tier ; still the same very fast

Tour Master ,Legend,Tour Legend ; tournament greens which is really fast and greens are not forgiving ,but you'll get the hang of it .Just do some practice round .There you will be able to select types of green modes to get the feel .

Just to make this clearer. Tour Master, Legend and Tour Legend all have different green speeds.

Tour Master and Legends have to play on TOURNAMENT greens...Tour Legends play on CHAMPIONSHIP greens...least as far as I know.

Even though the green speed for Tour Master and Legend have the same name, they're not the same speed. It gets a little faster for the Legend version of Tournament.

    True :

Tour Pro % Master: Very Fast 1:1,2

    Tour Master: Tournament 1:1,3

    Legend: Tournament: 1:1,4

    Tour Legend: Champion 1:1,5

The most greens i calculadet: Distance + 1,5 feet / green speed + 0,5 feet for the hole.
