  Just curious as to how much work is ahead of me and I am still unclear as to the requirements for advancing from tier to tier. Are there set requirements? What does it take to reach TM?

  There are no set requirements. Your last couple rounds are looking awesome. Just keep playing and you're almost there. Try to lower your average score and you'll be there in no time.

  40 ranked rounds as a master and an average of 63 gets you there, I believe.

  These are well-known numbers though not officially published

  Alas, there are some accelerating conditions, including credit and match play wins. Their influence has been figured out only rather vaguely. Some examples show that tiering up is possible with zero ranked rounds.

  Yep - what they said. I was in the mid-60s for a while as Master, then a couple of decent sub-par rounds, ending with a 31, put me in TM. Just keep plugging away on the easier courses and you will soon be there
