Hi - this is my method, give it a few tries as it takes a little practice
Firstly, I switch camera angles and move the target towards about a third to one half of the way down the left hand bunker. I then switch the camera back and choose between 200 - 205 yards. I then deliberately hit the ball late (so after the midpoint) normally as far as the first bar. This seems to compensate for aiming left by hitting the ball to the right and taking some distance off and reducing ball speed when it lands.
Its still hard depending on wind speed/direction and the luck of the bounce, but I have been much more consistently on the green, rather than one in one hundred attempts previously. Anything under 20ft I still consider a result for me.
I'm sure there are simpler ways but I haven't discovered one lol
