Think I'd rather be Rory.  He's closer to my age.

There was an article just today on MSN that Arnie had his best year ever in 2013 - earning $40 million for the use of his name and likeness.

The article was actually about Tiger's to date career earnings exceeding $1 B. Only 15% or so of Tiger's earnings have come from winning golf tournaments.

WGT would have to pay or have some kind of agreement from each of the Big 3 to use them as avatars.

I don't know if it would be possible but i was thinking that it would be nice addition if we had hall of fame avatars. I'm not sure what kind of legal issues that would have to be dealt with but it would be a great way to honor some of the greats of the game from the past. Players like Palmer,Player,Hogan,Byron Nelson,  Sam Snead on the male side. On the female side players like Mickey Wright,Kathy Whitworth,Carol Mann,Patty Berg,Babe Zaharias,Louise Suggs. Again I'm not sure what legal issues would be faced but it would be a great addition and a great way to honor these great players of the past.

Yeah it is a legal issue, EA sports is running into that exact problem right now with their NCAA games.  To use someone likeness you have to have their permission or permission from the family.

I hear he gets royalties every time someone pours lemonade into their iced tea.
