Sorry if i seem to be pushing my videos on this thread, but this is what can be done using Bandicam (free program from the net). Although the free version only gives you 10 minutes of recording time at a go, you can still put together a good video with it. Just record the replays, and then pop them onto Windows movie maker. With some practice, you could be doing great videos in no time. Have a look at this link to see what i have done using Bandicam.

Bandicam can do downloaded from here:

PS: If you have the time, could you please vote? lol, cheers.

I use Ocam and it's a very easy way to record the screen. Drag and set area to be recorded, and click a button. F2 stops it, and the video appears on my desktop (the only setting I changed was the video destination folder, I made it place all vids on desktop). It doesn't cause any meter jumpiness on my computer, either. And, I use a a 7 yr old Win Vista 4 GB ram, and 2.3 processor. I've tried many screen recorders and Ocam is the easiest, and less intrusive on my CPU and ram. A lot of people use bandicam, but it has that watermark, and a time limit per video. Ocam is free, no watermark, and no limit on recording. I guess it's probably what works best for you and your system, though. I use the VLC player to watch and the Windows Movie Maker to edit (yes, I'm a cheapskate...I like FREE stuff)......Jay

    Jay,

Thank you very much for the heads up re Ocam.

Works great - simple, yet very effective.

I've tried others in the past, including Bandicam, your option was by far the most user friendly.

    A great post, sir.

    Thanks again!

Nice 1 Jay, i downloaded it and checked it out, and all works well. I can get rid of that bandicam logo of the top of my vids now, happy days.
