  I found out last night, after you read the PM go back to Messages and click on the "crooked" arrow to the right of the message...it'll open a new message box...type what you want, send it and the thread will be intact.

  For me, I tend to keep the message loaded and type in the reply box.  That way I don't miss something in my reply.  Once I'm done, I'll highlight all of my message and copy it to the computer clipboard.  Then, instead of clicking "Send", I click the "Back to Messages" button, then I'll find the message I replied to and click the "Quick Reply" button (see example, above).

  Next, I'll position the cursor at the top of the text box and paste my message, then click "Reply"

   

  This is just a "work-around" to the messaging bug.  I, for one, would prefer to have a working messaging system (without changing my browser to "Maxthon" or "Firefox").  As the OP says, PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!  It's going on a couple months now with Chrome.

  LOL. I got it from ScottHope after he credited Kat for figuring it out-she's the wiz. It is quite the pain.

  It really is pretty poor form that such a basic thing as in game messaging is screwed up.

  Mike already mentioned a solution but there are also other issues here.  I use Firefox for everything other than playing a round and can, in theory, reply in the normal way.  However, I'm pretty sure that at least 50% of those replies do not get through to the recipient.   I've asked a few people if they received an answer and often the answer is no.

  Come on WGT, good communication is a vital part of this game, please get this sorted ASAP.

  Thanks for posting the work around (who ever it was, lol) you've possibly just saved my keyboard!

  The forums working for the right reason, I'd forgotten they are for usefull info and not just me moaning ;-)
