It might be necessary
- to prove it with scorecard and stats sheet from the round,
- to verify it's source by checking the stats from hole to hole to inspect other influences.
I just so happen to video every round I play. I do have the game, card, and in this particular video, I click through everything on the card. You're right about this 'glitch" not being worth the trouble or MONEY to fix. There are so many "little things" that WGT just ignores that it's sad. Add all the little things up, and they make for a poor and frustrating experience and bad business sense. I do tend to ignore the WTH shots, and most of the other things, as they are so frequent it's just become second nature. I know a flash browser based game is not and cannot ever be perfect, but in my short time here, I haven't seen the slightest attempt to even acknowledge these problems, much less correct them. I just keep on playing. I really believe that the "programmers" are just part-time college kids. There is no way this site has 24 hour tech people. They can say it, but I will bet the house/farm/wife and dog that they don't. The stats really don't mean anything, but it makes me feel good to know I am improving, so I have been keeping up with them. the one thing I have seen about this company is that "customer satisfaction" and "service" is evidently against their rules. It's all about the paying players and the advertisers. Money, that's it. I'm a former business owner, who did pretty well, and now at 51, I don't have to work. But, when I had my business, that I built from the ground up, I went out of my way, even lost money many, many times, to make sure my customers were happy. But, we the customers/players are not the backbone or meat of this company. The advertisers are. We're the bait.
