Peanut Labs strikes AGAIN. After wasting 25 minutes on a survey on a Mobile POS system I received the "oops we had a problem" message at the 95% comletion mark. Over the last 4+ years I have had far too many surveys end prior to completion, (and PAYMENT), due to "problems, not qualified, etc." after providing more than enough details for a valid survey response. I suppose the $ saved by these companies adds up if they stiff their respondents even 5-10% of the time. WGT is obviously making enough $ from these companies they seem to not want to take any action. I have given up attempting to contact WGT or the survey companies as neither is willing to accept responsibility. I see a number of WGT members stating they provide false info to qualify for surveys and they may not be the only ones. I wonder how long these companies will have clients when the numbers they are selling them have no basis in reality, (ie- British Columbia and Alberta provincial elections they missed by 20 or more points). As for WGT eventually they will have a competitor offering a game as good or better and they will lose members who feel ignored in droves, (other than the few who have large credit balances). Like most companies they concentrate 99% of their efforts on attracting NEW members and 1% on keeping existing members happy. Too bad for wgt and us.
