    Hello All,

I am new to WGT.  I just signed up a couple of weeks ago and I am really starting to love this game.  I used to play TigerWoodsOnline for years until the whole site closed up.  Very sad too see that site disappear until I was told about this site.

All that being said, I am asking for anyone looking to get rid of or gift me some equipment that they are not using anymore.  I am still using the starter set of clubs except for the putter.  Someone once told me that putting is the name of game.  But, I am finding it very difficult to keep up with players with better equipment.  Playing Alt Shot matches are frustrating for me because I always feel like I am saying sorry to my partner for my inferior equipment.

I am looking to enhance my Driver, Irons, and wedges.  I would really appreciate any gifts that anyone is looking to give me.  Thank you in advance.  ;-)

I do not believe one can simply gift you items they no longer use, so your only option may be to pony up the cash like the rest of us.  That is unless someone thinks your such a nice guy or girl that they want to buy gifts to give you.

If you wait until L58/59, you can get the G20 clubs. For now, I'd get a couple of wedges; either L38/39 ATVs or L41/42 Pings. Or 1 wedge and a wood (K15 would be ok for now, goes as far as the starter driver does).

You don't have to spend any money to buy credits.

You can do what most WGT players do and earn 'free' credits by watching videos and completing whatever Surveys you qualify for.

Make it a part of your daily routine.

Another option is to find a female in a suggestive pose for your profile pic, then make sweet googly talk in your alt and mp games...some mooks fall for that and will send you all kinds of crap.

Seriously, Apex nails it...do the surveys and watch the vids, your credits will pile up in no time.

According the late August, 2012 Forbes article about WGT, the average WGT player is a 30 to 55 year old man that have an average household income of $85,000.

The article also says that WGT gets more than the online gaming industry average of 3% of it's users paying for the various virtual products WGT sells. They don't say how much more than 3%, though WGT's actual % is likely to still be in the single digits.

The article also says those few paying players (something more than the industry average of 3% of active players) spend an average of $30 a month.
