I like the count back system just the way it is. Don't know how many times you will get a player to wait to post a score till the last minute.

Sometimes i think they save game on last putt and comeback to knock it in with 5 minutes left to end.

Their thinking they have the winning score..... holding up the payout till the last minute....then lose on the count back.....lol.

I love when that happens. Seeing it a lot lately too. I think its great...... holding up the show.....then losing. Especially losing with a perfect score.

Might teach a few of them..... quit holding the shite up and play the game....huh??   lol

Myself i can't see why got to have that long to complete a round. Should be no more than 3 hours tops to play a ready go. But.......... they way it is now.....their taking a whole day to post a score. Sooooo.... when you take all day and lose.... ooooo well.

Lately it is very rare for a ready go to pay out before the 12 hours. Got to wait 12 hours so this clown can putt his ball in the hole after he saved round....lol.

Sooo after... when he loses..... i'm happy.  :)

Settle a tie like real men.....who has the longest putts. ;)

LOL! However, what if I'm one of the two that is tied? Experience has taught me the old maxim that "figures don't lie, but liers always figure".

I don't think it's like that G, I've won a few RG's being one of the last few to enter, by the time I'm done, it's already closed.

I think what you're seeing is either folks entering before bedtime, expecting to play in the AM, and those who have to leave the RG for some reason, and can't get back till th end for the last hole/etc, or not at all...then we have the full 12 hour wait.

I see what you are saying Mike....... but seems happening way too much. Then..... happening with 5 minutes left till close.....lol.

What also is very strange is seems to be the same players just about every time. But..... they seem to be losing a pretty good bit of late. Getting beat on count back most every time pulling that crap.

I have not one clue why we need 12 hours to play a round. If you don't have the time to play... do not enter tourney.....simple huh?

Should be no more than 3 hours tops. Then ready gos would turn over faster so we could play more. Instead we play the waiting game.

Really i'd like to see 3 hour time clock once you hit the button to enter. Stop all the stupid crap right quick like.

You are either playing or not.

I agree, seems to work in the CTTH RG's...sure a full round of stroke takes longer, but not 9 hours worth.

There once was the argument that the RG's would turn over to quickly and the top players  would win 3 times a day...well, then why not a 12 hour timer on CTTH?...I don't pay attention to them, but surely the best CTTH players are doing well on the 3 hour turn around?

That is the most retarded thing i have heard yet.....lol.

Soo.... what?   If they are worried about somebody beating them 3 times in a day..... well i guess they should step their game up no???

3 hours Mike is plenty time. Figure you sat there and pressed the button no??  wtf? Can't play now??  Then don't hit the button..... simple again....no?

Nothing on this site mate has ever made any sense. Guess lets don't start making any now...... hey?

    :)

Personally I believe it should be the earlier-submitted entry between or among the tied entries will be deemed the better scoring entry.

Instead of the long wait because most of the top players want to wait to be almost last to enter to see the score and other reasons :-) now there would be rush to get in first. Everyone wins when the ready go fills and finishes quicker.

WGT Ching Ching there, that's a money idea for you.

In the end there were even 3 players with a score of 26, because nowadays a perfect score on any course is no longer an exception anymore, it has become the rule that so many can play so low.

Its a pity though, because where is the challenge when you always play those scores?

Well, i cant give an answer there, I am just a frecking addict :-)

I suppose we could issue dueling pistols and charge 10,000 credits a ticket to watch.

Or Drivers at 1yard, last person standing wins!!!!

Its the clubs and balls Cove. You know that. Shite..... when you are dialed in....putting from 10 feet or less on every hole.

A perfect score now is really nothing. Sure you have variables and whatnot, game will throw a curve ball every now and again.

But.... most decent players will either get that good round or just fall out the top 3.

These top players play a lot of rounds everyday. Give them putts of that length....lol.

    Licking chops.  ;)
