   I have a few questions regarding equipment...specifically balls.

  I have several different types and qualities of balls. Is there a way to set an "order" that balls will be put in play when you use the last of your current ball? Let me explain...I am a fan of the black Max Meter ball (I hate the color, but love the slow swing meter). I also have several other types of balls that I have tried out. When I recently ran out of the black Max Meter balls during play, I defaulted to the "standard" ball. Is there a way to change this, so that if I run out of one type of ball it doesn't auto-default to the standard ball?

  Also, is there a way to get rid of balls? I have several that were promotional or that I bought to try out...but I hate them. I want them gone from my bag.

  I don't think so vic. When the ball you are using runs out it will automatically default back to the free ball. Only way around this is to check inventory before you start a round. Have fun.

  Or, I start a practice round on a course that I can have a water hole on the first hole, and hit the unwanted ball into the water.

  Nope, and, always try and have at least one sleeve of what you started the round with as back up for the "oops something went wrong" re-buy notice....

  Leave 'them' alone, they need somewhere to live out their days ! :))

  So do I when I play them. The original hole/shot notes I made, way back when, still work and the fancy balls & irons just create problems. Afterall, the CTTH games are designed so that anyone, especially new players, can and will be successful. I could go lower as a hack than I can now...

  No chance to change to another type of ball - WGT's "no choice to players" doctrine!

  It would be thoughtful for the player to observe the messages coming up when a spent or lost ball is being replaced. In most cases, he can buy a new sleeve with one click only.

  Thanks for all the replies. Will make sure I keep a full sleeve of my faves on hand. Will get rid of any balls I really don't want to "default" to.

  LOL, that'll work, go to #17 St A's and try and break some windows...

  Though I let them R.I.P., they've done me no harm after all. ;)
