I find it rather discerning that WGT takes you ball out of play, way to much.  I spend a lot of credits purchasing equipment only to have my balls taken out of play.  Many of the better balls cost quite a bit, and what is the point in purchasing them if you know eventually you will loose them.

"For example," I purchased a new sleeve of Calloway balls, and used two of the balls for only three holes each, they are great balls and one's I play with regularly.  So what's the point in spending vital resources on virtual balls if you can't keep them for more than a few holes.

I'm not saying you do this, but try not to play risky shots near weeds/water/OOB. The next time you find yourself in a position where you might lose a ball, play safe. One extra shot costs a lot less than a new ball.

    My 2 Pfennig:

Don't see the ball cost per se. It's but an entry fee, a green fee, to gather income to the company.

Good thing is, you determine how high it is. You want to spend less? Try cheaper balls!

One thing is dont use the mulligan feature , as it counts extra strokes on your ball . The other thing is a question , why do you have 3 - 3 woods in your bag ? 3 wedges I can understand , but not 3 -3 woods. ???????

First and easy solution - use cheaper balls. You are still learning the game, I see little point of using premium balls, when a) you will lose more b)not gain the full benefits off the premium balls with the clubs you currently have.

That brings me to the point - you bag is an utter mess.Several 3 woods and clubs of varying speeds - you are just making the game so much harder for yourself.

It needs a rethink from your wedges upwards. The R11s are great irons but consider 3 evenly spaced wedges and only carry one 3 wood and no hybrid and I am sure you will see an improvement in your scoring.
