  Swing bar doesn't stop when mouse clicked or stops too soon or too late.

  Support has given suggestions, helped a little, any ideas?

  Also distances vary, clubs landing distances vary under similar situations, example driver (225) land 185 to 205, taking into consideration wind, irons do same.

  Back spin doesn't stop ball on greens, does lower landing distance considerably therefore unable to get close to pin.

  Any ideas? Thanks.

  If you are using the Chrome browser I'd try another one. The starter clubs aren't very accurate and you get very little spin from the wedges. Might be an idea to earn some credits and invest in some better wedges and a driver.

  Thanks, new at this. Am unable to score well enough to accrue credits to upgrade clubs so need to find resolution to swing bar issue first.

  Using windows 8.1 and internet explorer.

  Get Credits. I've bagged thousands, just watching videos, etc. You seriously need to upgrade your equipment. 

  Wired mouse? If not, get one. If so, get latest drivers and try another USB port. No clue why this sometimes works, but it does. 

  I've tried all the browsers, and even though FAR from perfect, Chrome (my sys anyway) delivers the smoothest meter. As long as that's true, I guess I'll put up with the downsides.

  I will echo what Jim has said GN, internet explorer doesn't work well for most people for this game so trying another browser is a relatively easy step to take. But if you try Chrome and still have an issue, don't bin it prematurely without trying the disabling pepperflash and installing another flash player procedure first, help with that HERE.
