  We released a patch this morning to make some small adjustments and fix a few bugs from Monday's product release. Here are some of the changes:

  • TaylorMade Z series wedges adjusted to 65 yrds from 60 yrds
  • Pruned invisible trees on holes 7 and 13 of Bethpage
  • The leaderboards were defaulting to Amateur in the drop-down menu even though they showed Hack players. This is fixed.
  • We did a check of all clubs, shot types, and distances to make sure they are accurate, and made adjustments to discrepancies
  • EDIT : We did a run-through of all the clubs, shot types, and distances, found some discrepancies in the numbers displayed in the club selection panel and corrected the displayed yardages.  We did not change the actual distances the clubs hit.

  Thanks but any chance of getting a explaination of the differences between tiers? IE are Masters penalized differently for missing the line.

  Hi Kaslo, no gameplay is not different for different tiers. The only difference is higher tiers may have different course conditions, such as higher wind and being farther back on the tees.

  The first hole on all of the closest to the hole contest are playing way off now with this change. Distance is a lot shorter now and wind push is extreme.
