Go to your account and select your address, at the bottom there is the option to change address. There is a drop down box with countries, select the one that makes you eligible to participate and change it.
Personally if you cant win anything, why participate.....is it just to proof you've got the 8ollocks, is so what a waste of ball life. Then again if your sitting on hundreds of thousands of credits that aint worth squat, except on the black market then go for it!!
