Levels and tiers are all separate.
Levels relate to XPs and Pro Shop equipment, tiers come with the average. Average comes with ranked strokeplay or rated/challenge matchplay.
You need a 72 average to advance. Unfortunately, you are still a tad away from that with your scores. So forget about it,
just play whatever you want and HAVE FUN!
